DOWNSIZING

We can guide you through the sometimes difficult, and often emotional decisions, on what to keep and what not to, in order to fit comfortably into your new home. We can look at your floor plan or even carry out a site visit to measure spaces. For the items you are unable to take with you or are no longer required, we can assist in the following ways:

  • Sale of items through Trademe, Cordy’s, Traders etc...

  • Distribution of unwanted items to a charity of your choice or delivered to family/friends

  • Rubbish Removal (additional cost for skip if required)

  • Arrange packaging and transportation of items into storage if required

DECLUTTERING

Through a set amount of hours or ‘as long as it takes’, we can help reduce the amount of belongings in your home whether you are moving home or staying put for the foreseeable future. Often working with someone is the only way to get this overwhelming task done. Our methodical systems make it easy for us to work together through each room, cupboard or drawer and make decisions on what stays and what goes. You say what’s going and we arrange where it goes to! What stays is thoughtfully organised to make it easy for you to keep organised going forward.

PRICING

As much as I would like to be able to post our prices here, there is too much variation in the needs of our clients, as well as in the size of their homes and the quantity of possessions they own, to have fixed pricing. Therefore, the easiest approach to find out how much the service or services you need will cost is through a no-obligation phone call or house visit.
