Moving Within Your Village
Often due to a change of circumstances related to the health of yourself or your loved one, it may be necessary to move within your village or between villages for a living environment more suited to your needs. This may mean moving from Independant living to a Serviced Apartment or from a Serviced Apartment to Hospital care.
We can take care of it all, from downsizing your belongings through sale, donation or delivery to friends or family, to packing, moving and unpacking. We ensure your new home is set up just as you like it with all of your favourite possessions around you and that it is a safe space for you to live in.
We ensure your fridge and freezer contents are transferred, your bed is made and there is space for you to move freely and safely especially when using a walker, cane or wheelchair.

Whether you're wanting to move staging furniture between show apartments, or relocating furnishings from one retirement village to another, our experienced team ensures every item is handled with care and professionalism.
We carefully transport, position, and set up furniture and décor to your specifications, helping your sales team present each apartment at its very best. With minimal disruption and attention to detail, we make the transition seamless so your show homes are always ready to welcome prospective residents.
About our company
I have been the proud owner/director of Personal Concierge NZ since 2020, having previously worked for the company since 2015.
Having worked as a professional organiser and personal assistant for the best part of two decades, I soon realised that my passion lay with helping the more senior and vulnerable in our society.
In 2020, armed with this passion for assisting those making the sometimes difficult, overwhelming and emotional decision to move to retirement living, the focus of the company shifted to assisting those already in, or considering the move to retirement living. There was born Seniors Concierge, now the sole focus of the business.
Seniors Concierge offers a very personalised service where I carry out the work myself with the assistance of a great team when needed. This ensures a personalised hands on experience for my clients. It promises consistency and reliability, and just one point of contact.
Having relocated numerous people into and between retirement villages, along with years of carrying out downsizing and decluttering, I have extensive knowledge and experience of how the villages work and how best to handle the inevitable change and requirements that comes with relocation.
With years of experience in the retirement and relocation industry, we pride ourselves on delivering efficient and tailored services to meet the unique needs of each client.
